Hello, I’m Lindsay and my passion is people!!
I am a fully accredited Belief Coding® facilitator as well as a level two Reiki practitioner. I was born in Scotland, but I have lived in Whitley Bay, a coastal town in the Northeast of England, for the last 40+ years. I live here, with my three boys and my two dogs, Baxter and Lucy. I am at my happiest when I’m outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and getting some exercise. I love drinking tea, spending time with my friends and generally doing the things that make me smile.
I have spent the best part of the last 30 years working in the world of health, fitness and well-being. As a manager for most of that time, managing both people and projects, I’ve gained some really important insights about how, when and where people thrive. I want to be able to help you create the environment that will help you thrive once more.
During COVID, like many others, I was forced to deal with some difficult situations which lead to some huge changes to my life both personally and professionally. This gave me a chance to take stock and prioritise what is important to me.
Using the experience that I have gained over the last 30 years coupled with the powerful new modality, Belief Coding®, I am now incredibly well equipped to help you help yourself to become the person you want to, and deserve to, be.

- My facilitations will help you work on whatever it is that you feel is holding you back from being the ‘real you’ – the you that you want to and deserve to be.
- Unlike traditional ‘talking therapies’, generally, issues/discomforts can be dealt with in a single session of Belief Coding®. Sometimes further sessions will be required. I will work with you to establish your priorities and we will work on them together.
- Through the facilitations, we will work together to identify exactly what the issue/discomfort is and where it stems from. I will support you whilst we work together to establish your brand-new beliefs which will take you one step closer to being that ‘real you’.

Reiki at the hands of Lindsay, what can I say, how do I describe it? Let me try. At a Reiki share just over a month ago, Lindsay did Reiki on me. I was really needing it that night. I calmed right down and went to a totally serene space. When Lindsay held her hands over my solar plexus chakra, I felt as though she was holding down lightly, (apparently her hands weren’t on my body but just above it at the time) that feeling and energy remained there and seemed to keep a sense of calm through the rest of the session even though she moved on to other areas.
Then my second session with Lindsay, last week, was extraordinary. Throughout the session I felt totally at peace and so grounded. The feeling of being closely and warmly wrapped and surrounded by energy from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet was surreal. I continued to feel the transferred healing energy long after she’d move from one area to another. At the end of the session Lindsay shared with me an experience she had while carrying out the Reiki session, and it was mind blowing. Her experience was so in line with what I’d experienced and with things that had been coming up before and during the session.
Without going into detail, I can vouch that Lindsay has an incredible gift for transferring the energ of Reiki and I would highly recommend anyone to have a session or a few with her. What she shared with me has had an impact on me, not just for the duration of the session. Thank you Lindsay. XX

I am fairly new to Belief Coding® and reached out to ask any accredited facilitators if they would consider giving me a session so I can get a better feel for it before I begin practising myself.
Lindsay Reid responded immediately and kindly offered to support me. I decided to work on quite a personal discomfort which I would rather not share, but something which was becoming all consuming in a negative way.
I have never spoken to Lindsay before the session and yet she held space for me for THREE HOURS! I mean that in itself shows just how much compassion and empathy she has for people.
I felt a connection with Lindsay immediately, so much so that I felt safe enough to share things, that with Lindsay’s guidance, I know understand to have been deeply rooted within me for almost my whole life.
Without going into the details of the session, when Lindsay asked me what I wanted to feel most at the end of it, my answer was (apologies)
“Just not so bloody arsed about it”
Three days on and … can say with 100% confidence that I am definitely “not that arsed about it!” . I feel calmer where there was chaos, clarity has replaced confusion and focus has chased away fear.
Lindsay guided me through the process immaculately and I know now that I have more work to be done (This was one element of a larger issue). I would love to work with Lindsay again as I found her energy alone to be healing. She is an outstanding facilitator and a beautiful person

I had a very relaxing Reiki session with Lindsay this week. She created a very safe and comfortable environment with the heat pad, weighted blanket, music and aromatherapy diffuser. During the session we saw the same vivid colours and Lindsay’s choice of crystals were spot on. It was really useful to compare experiences at the end and Lindsay explained what crystals she had used and why. If you are looking for a gentle, safe, informative and professional Reiki session, then I highly recommend Lindsay.

I can honestly say that, having never experienced Reiki before, I was rather sceptical. However, I felt at ease straight away. I experienced relaxation and felt immersed in the music that was played during the session. I saw many beautiful colours which changed as Lindsay connected with different parts of my body. Afterwards, I felt relaxed and uplifted. I also noticed that a ‘stiff back’ I had experienced for several months was looser and warm, a feeling which I experienced for several days after the session. I still feel more relaxed today. I was pleasantly surprise, and I had a wonderfully positive experience. I will be booking further sessions and would definitely recommend it to others.

This was my first experience of Reiki and it was a deeply relaxing experience. Lindsay made it a safe and comfortable space and explained everything clearly. The time went incredibly fast, I could have happily stayed for a few more hours. During the session, Lindsay used crystals, and at the end of the session, she explained which crystals she had used and why. Interestingly, the particular crystals she used during my Reiki session resonated with me very strongly. Lindsay’s presence was extremely calming and I felt still and peaceful afterwards. Wow Lindsay! The Reiki session was amazing, from start to finish it was just perfect. Being made to feel comfy and warm was just a lovely touch. When the session started, I relaxed into it straight away. What should I wear?
Most facilitations take place seated however you may choose to lie on the treatment bed instead. Therefore, the key is to wear something that helps you feel relaxed and at ease. Your comfort is important during a Belief Coding® facilitation.
What might I experience during a Belief Coding® facilitation?
You may experience a number of different emotions during a facilitation and in some cases, there may be tears but by the end of the session you are most likely going to feel relief. During the session, the facilitator will help you help yourself discover your existing negative beliefs, discover the reason you have them, work on replacing them with your new, positive beliefs and then seal the beliefs in using, amongst other things, the power of hypnosis, NLP and Binaural Beats.
How will I feel after a Belief Coding® facilitation?
You may feel an incredible sense of elation and happiness, or you may just feel calm and present. The experience will differ from person to person and from facilitation to facilitation. No two sessions are ever the same so no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Many discomforts can be successfully dealt with in one session but because everyone is unique, others may require multiple sessions.
